If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received from Pure Party, then we will be happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to the adherence of the following conditions:

• Returns should be made within 14 days and in the original packaging
• The product has not been damaged and is in a re-saleable condition
• Costumes can only be returned if faulty and or unworn.

If this is not the case then we reserve the right to withhold any claim for a refund. To return an item, please send it to us at the following address, quoting your order reference number and reason for returning/claiming a refund.
